About the Role:
As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients experience seamless communication and outstanding service. You will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through processes and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating an exceptional first impression for clients, visitors and colleagues alike.
- Take ownership of the front-of-house experience, ensuring the office operates smoothly and professionally every day.
- Coordinate client meetings, internal events and business visits, delivering a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Help create a positive and engaging workplace by supporting employee initiatives, celebrations and office-wide activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, contractors and building management teams.
- Ensure office facilities are consistently presented to a high standard, creating an environment where employees can thrive.
- Manage workplace resources and services, proactively addressing issues and identifying improvements.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across the business, assisting teams and senior stakeholders when required.
- Support workplace compliance and health & safety processes, helping to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Drive continuous improvements to office operations and processes, contributing to an outstanding employee and visitor experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in client services, customer support, or a similar role, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and engaging demeanour.
- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping clients succeed.
