Main Responsibility will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a small team to consistently deliver strong results
- Creating a positive, motivated environment where individuals feel supported and confident
- Setting the standard for performance, behaviours, and customer experience
- Taking a hands-on approach to the day-to-day running of the store
- Driving sales through strong product knowledge and confident selling
- Ensuring the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and running smoothly at all times
- Managing stock control, deliveries, and back-of-house organisation
- Maintaining accurate cash handling and adhering to company procedures
- Keeping the team aligned, focused, and delivering consistently high standards
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within retail
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing a small team
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and leads with energy and positivity
- A hands-on, proactive approach with a strong drive to achieve results
- Background in retail, convenience, food retail, or customer-facing environments is a plus
