A highly regarded and well-established law firm in Shropshire is looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is passionate about claimant personal injury work and is looking to further their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. You will handle a varied caseload of personal injury matters, providing expert advice and exceptional client care throughout the claims process.

The Opportunity Working as part of a respected litigation team, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of claimant personal injury claims from inception through to settlement or trial where required.

The role offers high-quality work, autonomy, and the opportunity to build strong client relationships while contributing to the continued success of the department.

Key Responsibilities • Managing a caseload of claimant personal injury matters. • Handling a variety of cases including: o Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims o Employer's Liability claims o Public Liability claims o Occupiers' Liability claims • Taking instructions from clients and providing clear, practical legal advice. • Assessing liability, quantum and prospects of success. • Reviewing medical evidence and expert reports. • Drafting correspondence, witness statements and legal documentation. • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, counsel and third parties. • Progressing claims efficiently and proactively towards successful resolution. • Maintaining the highest standards of client care, compliance and file management.

About You The successful candidate is likely to possess: • Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent legal professional. • Previous experience handling claimant personal injury matters. • Strong technical knowledge of personal injury litigation. • The ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication and client relationship skills. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. • A professional, empathetic and client-focused approach. • A commitment to delivering outstanding service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
