Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting secondary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Whether you're seeking short-term flexibility or a long-term placement, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re recruiting dedicated TAs to join our specialist service, supporting pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) across a range of needs, including:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) such as dyslexia and dyspraxia
  • Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
  • Sensory Processing Difficulties (SPD) and Executive Functioning challenges

What We Offer:

  •  Flexible roles – full-time, part-time, short-term, long-term, or emergency cover
  •  Training and support – including de-escalation techniques, Team Teach, and trauma-informed practice
