Description
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for a designated business area, ensuring robust financial control and informed decision-making.
- Deliver data-driven financial insights and recommendations that support business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert financial analysis, modelling, and risk assessment to influence strategic planning and key business decisions.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, governance standards, and external regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong control environment.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Support organisational change, transformation programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.
- Promote and champion a culture of safety, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Profile
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Experience in a senior finance role with exposure to strategic business partnering
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at all levels
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Job Offer
Full-time role with a four-day working week (Monday to Thursday).
