We are looking for a motivated apprentice to support the finance team within the organisation. This role offers hands-on experience and full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:

Provide first line support for incoming calls, triaging tickets and escalating when necessary to colleagues

Working to become a super user of SAP finance system for sending invoices and processing payments working alongside the rest of the finance team

Wide use of Microsoft Office such as Excel for producing reports

Learner will manage centralised mailbox to respond to email enquiries which come through mainly relating to finance queries

Use of online portals for booking invoices and receiving payments

Carry out data validation activities, including supplier statements, to maintain data integrity and support effective financial controls

Support the administration of digital payment processes by preparing and processing weekly and bi-monthly payment runs in line with organisational procedures

Provide application and user support by investigating and resolving supplier and internal queries, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently and professionally

Collaborate with colleagues across Operations, Sales, and Management, using digital communication and business systems to support effective information sharing and workflow management
