Your Role
You'll partner with schools across the West Midlands, helping them recruit outstanding education professionals while building your own successful client portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Headhunting candidates
- Interviewing education professionals
- Building relationships with schools
- Negotiating recruitment fees
- Managing vacancies
- Working towards achievable targets with uncapped commission

No recruitment background required.
