Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Corby that is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a maternity cover basis. Opportunities are available across both KS1 and KS2, making this an excellent opportunity for a teacher looking to make a positive impact within a supportive and forward-thinking setting.
The school is looking to appoint a committed and passionate teacher who can inspire pupils, deliver engaging lessons, and contribute positively to the wider life of the school. Role Highlights:

Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons that inspire a love of learning

Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes

Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, school events, and extracurricular opportunities

Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
About You:
-
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have experience teaching within a UK primary school setting, either through placements or employment

Be passionate about helping children achieve their full potential

Have strong classroom management and organisational skills

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Be reflective, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous professional development

Have a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum

Be committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment

Share a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
