Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business based near the Biddenden area, who are currently looking to bring in two motivated Factory Operatives to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, likes being kept busy, and wants the chance to secure a long-term permanent role within a supportive and stable business.

The Role
Working as part of a busy production team, you’ll be involved in a variety of day-to-day manufacturing duties, supporting the smooth running of operations and ensuring products are prepared to a high standard.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working within a fast-paced production environment
- Operating machinery and equipment (full training provided)
- Assisting with general manufacturing and production processes
- Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure standards are met
- Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch
- Supporting with general housekeeping and site organisation
- Working closely with team members to meet daily targets

- Previous production, warehouse or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
