Due to internal promotion, a superb opportunity has arisen for a motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic individual to join this thriving, friendly SME based in Moreton-in-Marsh.
There are two sides to the position; first of which is dealing with the company's fulfilment systems. They send out a considerable volume of orders to customers which need to processed, organised, printed and packed in a timely manner. You would be working alongside the Head of Procurement to ensure all systems and processes pertaining to the management of customer orders are executed to a high standard.
Core responsibilities include; pulling orders from the system, handling order errors, printing assets and creating and packing welcome packs.
The second side of the role is providing excellent customer service. The company has established a loyal base of customers by ensuring a seamless service.
You will be developing and maintaining 1st class relationships with the customers – please note this is not in the slightest bit scripted but you would be encouraged to engage with them in a natural, nurturing manner. This will be both over the phone and via emails so will require a strong grasp of English language and punctuation.
Core responsibilities will include; answering emails, answering office phones, being active on various digital channels and working with other team members to log, discuss and resolve customer issues.
This role provides a great opportunity to learn about business processes and develop a platform for professional growth.
Hours of work are onsite Monday to Friday 9-5.
