Business Analyst / Product Owner
Location: London, Hybrid, Remote or Anywhere in the UK Employment Type: Permanent or Contract
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to support business change, digital transformation and technology delivery across a range of industries.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project managers to gather requirements, analyse business processes, define product features, manage product backlogs and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
The role includes requirements gathering, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, business process mapping, user story creation, acceptance criteria, backlog prioritisation, Agile delivery, UAT support and change management.
Applicants should have strong experience working within Agile environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Experience within financial services, public sector, healthcare, insurance, retail, utilities, telecommunications or consulting is highly desirable.
For permanent positions, candidates should typically have at least 5 years' experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership. For contract opportunities, candidates should have 7+ years' experience and be comfortable delivering in fast-paced client environments.
This opportunity is available on a permanent basis or as a day-rate contract and is suitable for candidates across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
