This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent – Sales Negotiator to join a well-known Independent Estate Agency based in the Sutton area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales, negotiating offers and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process. You will need to be proactive, target-driven and confident building strong relationships with vendors and buyers while providing a professional estate agency service.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
- Managing residential property sales from instruction through to completion
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
- Generating new business opportunities and following up leads
- Providing accurate property information and market feedback
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in residential property sales
- Strong sales ability and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach
- Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Positive, proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Knowledge of the Sutton area would be advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence with own car preferred
