We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Administrator to support both our Finance team and Factory Stores operations. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple departments and keeping processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Administration
- Processing purchase invoices, credit notes and expenses
- Assisting with accounts payable/receivable tasks
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
- Supporting month-end processes
Factory Stores Support
- Managing stock records and inventory systems
- Booking stock in electronically
- Assist in counting stock at period ends
- Transfer of stock between locations
- Coordinating goods in/out and ensuring accurate documentation
- Liaising with production and purchasing teams
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock counts
- Maintaining organised store areas and records
General Administration
- Data entry and maintaining internal systems
- Preparing reports and spreadsheets
- Handling emails, calls, and internal queries
- Supporting other departments when required
About You
- Previous experience in administration (finance or stock control preferred)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A Keen eye for detail and can-do attitude is what we want
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience with business Central beneficial)
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
