A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Hull is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality work within a supportive and progressive environment.
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a broad client base that includes local businesses, developers and investors.
The role will involve:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Lease negotiations and renewals
- Development work and secured lending transactions
- Providing strategic, commercially focused advice to clients
You will have:
- 2-5 years’ PQE in commercial property (or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- The ability to manage files independently
- Excellent client care and communication skills
