An established and rapidly growing medical products business is seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of products within a highly regulated and purpose-driven environment.This is an exciting opportunity to join a profitable organisation with ambitious growth plans, where you will play a key role in managing existing products, supporting new product development, and helping introduce greater structure and process across the product function.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for the management of a broad and varied product range, ensuring products are accurately documented, maintained and successfully brought to market.Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full product lifecycle across existing and new products.
- Maintaining accurate product catalogues, specifications and technical documentation.
- Developing and improving product management processes and controls.
- Managing product information and documentation within SharePoint and other business systems.
- Coordinating product launches and working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Liaising with overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners to support product development activities.
- Ensuring product data is organised, accessible and compliant.
- Plan and deliver communications that raise awareness and understanding of our products.
- Lead digital campaigns, email communications, social media, and website content.
About You
We are seeking a commercially minded and detail-oriented Product Manager who combines strong organisational skills with technical competence.You will ideally have:
- Previous Product Management experience within medical devices, healthcare, manufacturing, technical products, import/distribution or a similarly regulated environment.
- Experience managing product documentation, specifications and product data.
- Strong SharePoint knowledge and systems proficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A structured, process-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with international suppliers would be advantageous.
