The Role
- Learn to build relationships with leading engineering and construction businesses across the UK
- Develop your own client portfolio through business development and consultative sales
- Source and screen skilled candidates, project managing the interview / offer process
- Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Become a recognised specialist within your field
We're Looking For
- College or Uni Graduate (or graduating soon) or someone with sales/customer-facing experience
- Competitive, ambitious and motivated to achieve their work / personal goals
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, confident communicator
- Looking for genuine long-term career progression
