Responsibilities:

• Partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement effective people strategies.
• Providing expert advice across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, learning and development and compliance.
• Leading recruitment and talent acquisition activity, developing innovative attraction strategies to secure exceptional people.
• Supporting succession planning, talent development and workforce planning initiatives.
• Using people data and insight to influence decision making and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Developing and embedding robust HR policies, processes and compliance frameworks.
• Building strong relationships across the organisation to promote a collaborative, inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
• Managing relationships with external recruitment partners and other HR service providers.

About You:

We're looking for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys operating both strategically and operationally.

You'll ideally have:

• CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Previous experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role.
• Strong generalist HR knowledge across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, reward and compliance.
• A particular passion for talent acquisition, workforce planning and organisational development.
• Confidence using HR metrics and data to influence business decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to create positive employee experiences.
