Experienced in property management and looking to join a growing independent lettings agency?
We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join a well-established and expanding independent lettings agency. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to manage a portfolio of residential properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
This is a primarily office-based role offering a supportive team environment and the opportunity to develop your career within a successful business.
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth day-to-day management of each property
- Coordinate maintenance issues and arrange contractor appointments
- Organise inspections, appointments, and property visits
- Complete and maintain all relevant tenancy and property documentation
- Resolve property-related queries in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and company procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
Property Manager Requirements
- Previous property management or lettings experience is preferred
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
What's on Offer?
- Basic salary of £28,000 – £30,000
- Monday-Friday working hours (8:30am-5:00pm)
