PPA Teacher (2 Days per Week) – Primary School, Druids Heath
Aspire People is seeking an experienced and confident Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Druids Heath on a part-time basis. This long-term PPA role offers a fantastic opportunity for a strong classroom practitioner looking for consistency without the responsibility of planning.
The Role: Wednesdays- * Morning: Leadership cover across Years 2-6. * Afternoon: PPA cover in Year 4. Thursdays- * Alternate weeks: *Full-day teaching in Year 3. OR * Morning: Year 3 teaching. * Afternoon: Delivering 1:1 interventions with Children in Care across Years 1, 2 and 3.
We are looking for a skilled and adaptable teacher who: * Has proven experience teaching across the primary age range. * Is confident managing a variety of classes and year groups. * Has strong behaviour management skills, particularly to support a challenging Year 4 class. * Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff quickly. * Is committed to providing high-quality teaching and learning.
This role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)** due to the level of classroom experience required.
