The Role
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding buyers through every stage of the purchasing journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming prospective purchasers and delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Conducting viewings and showcasing high-quality new homes developments
- Qualifying buyers and understanding their requirements
- Building strong relationships with customers and developers
- Presenting relevant products and services to maximise opportunities
- Generating referrals and identifying additional business opportunities
- Managing the sales process through to reservation
- Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets
About You
- Previous experience in New Homes Sales or Residential Estate Agency is essential
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Well presented, organised and professional
- Commercially aware with a target-driven mindset
- Positive, proactive and able to work independently
- Flexible and committed to delivering results
The Package
- Basic Salary from £27,000 (depending on experience)
- Realistic £45,000-£50,000 OTE
- Uncapped Commission
- Wednesday to Sunday working pattern
