- Preparation of contracts, letters and HR documentation
- Accurate maintenance of employee records
- Work within a largely manual HR environment while new systems and processes are introduced
- Create, document and embed HR processes where none currently exist

- Ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance in all HR data and outputs
- Support the Head of HR with ad hoc activity in a fast-moving, change-led environment

- Confidence, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to just get on with the job
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership, even where processes are still evolving
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident documenting processes and creating structure from scratch
- A clear customer service mentality and confident communication style
Personal Attributes
- Pragmatic, resilient and solutions-focused
- Comfortable making decisions and accepting that mistakes may occur in an evolving environment
- Confident working with a Head of HR who may be fixing many things at once and doesn’t always live in the detail
- Happy operating with minimal hand-holding and plenty of autonomy
Why Join Us?
- A genuine opportunity to shape and improve how HR administration operates
- Involvement in HRIS implementation and organisational change
- Exposure to the integration of Payroll into HR
