Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- Experience as a Financial Controller (Must)
- Strong technical finance knowledge
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and month end
- Experience in managing a team
- ERP transformation experience is beneficial
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to lead and motivate a finance team effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
