Lead Marketing Effectiveness Analyst

The Role
- Lead the delivery of marketing mix modelling and broader marketing effectiveness projects from end to end
- Work with advanced modelling techniques to evaluate channel performance and optimise budget allocation
- Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Partner with commercial and marketing teams to inform strategy and decision-making
- Drive the use of advanced analytics and AI tools to improve modelling efficiency and insight generation
- Contribute to the development of the organisation's marketing effectiveness capability and best practices
- Support stakeholder engagement at a senior level, presenting insights and recommendations
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics, marketing mix modelling, or econometrics
- Proficiency in Python and experience working with large-scale datasets
- Understanding of modern attribution techniques and statistical modelling approaches
- Experience using tools such as Meridian, Robyn, PyMC, or similar
- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP is beneficial
- A collaborative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams
