Assistant Sales Manager – Automotive
Location: Southend
Basic Salary: £25,000 + OTE £50,000+
Benefits: Company Car | 5-Day Working Week (including one weekend day)
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join a successful dealership team in Southend.

The Role
- Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the sales department.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure an exceptional customer journey.
- Assist with stock management, sales processes, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' automotive sales management experience.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- A professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach.
