Marc Daniels are recruiting for a Senior Manager Financial Reporting on behalf of an exciting and growing business within the media sector. Working closely with a dynamic and highly regarded Finance Director, you will play a key role in leading the financial reporting function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls and compliance across the business.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes.
- Prepare and review statutory accounts.
- Manage the year-end audit and external auditor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Drive improvements to financial reporting processes and controls.
- Support key business and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and develop a small finance team.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
Requirements:
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is essential.
You will also have:
- Strong financial reporting and technical accounting experience.
- Experience within a medium to large business environment.
- Previous people management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and hands-on approach.
