The Role

Working closely with investment professionals, fund controllers and external service providers, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparation and review of monthly and quarterly reporting for a range of private credit funds.
  2. Maintaining fund accounting records and reviewing reconciliations with third-party administrators.
  3. Assisting with fund performance reporting and investor information.
  4. Management fee and carried interest calculations.
  5. Supporting quarterly valuation processes.
  6. Responding to investor and internal stakeholder queries.
  7. Fund liquidity monitoring, budgeting and expense analysis.
  8. Reviewing invoices and operating expenses.
  9. Liaising with auditors, fund administrators and other external partners.
  10. Supporting new fund launches and strategic finance projects.
  11. Working closely with colleagues across international offices on a variety of initiatives.
