Paid Media Specialist – B2B Clients
2-3 days per week in the London office
Must have RTW in the UK to apply
The Job
- Researching, planning and building campaigns from scratch – keyword and audience research, account structure, ad copy, and configuration across Google, Bing and LinkedIn
- Managing day-to-day execution across a client portfolio, monitoring performance and making proactive optimisation changes to hit and exceed targets
- Writing monthly performance commentary that goes beyond the numbers – what happened, why, and what's next
- Producing post-campaign analysis with clear takeaways that feed into future strategy
- Getting comfortable with tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Google Ads) – understanding goals, conversion paths, and attribution windows
You
- B2B experience required
- 2+ years experience in Paid Media Management (Hands-on experience across Google, Bing and LinkedIn)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with data analysis
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Able to operate independently with minimal supervision
