Learning Support Assistant – Hounslow & Surrounding Areas

We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in schools across Hounslow and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic about making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to provide classroom support, encourage pupil engagement, and help students develop their academic, social, and emotional skills. You will support pupils with a range of learning needs, ensuring they have the confidence and tools to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
- A patient, supportive, and encouraging approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- A passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
- The right to work in the UK
We offer:
- £95-£120 per day, depending on experience and qualifications
