We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Business Development Manager who thrives on winning new business, building senior relationships, and exceeding targets.
This is a true hunter role focused on securing net-new enterprise customers across complex organisations with 1,000+ employees. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from strategic prospecting and executive engagement through to solution design, negotiation, and closing deals — working closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and win new enterprise opportunities across strategic sectors
• Build relationships with C-suite, IT, Digital, and Customer Experience leaders
• Develop and execute account plans across named target accounts
• Manage complex, consultative sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements
• Deliver against revenue and margin targets while maintaining strong pipeline management
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
