Warehouse Operative – Immediate Start
Our key client based in Huddersfield is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temporary basis with an immediate start available.
This role involves supporting a warehouse relocation project, moving stock between warehouse locations and ensuring all items are organised accurately throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Moving boxes (approximately 15kg) from one warehouse to another warehouse on site.
- Lifting boxes from warehouse shelving and storage areas.
- Checking box numbers and ensuring all items remain in the correct order.
- Maintaining accuracy and organisation throughout the relocation process.
- Working effectively as part of a small warehouse team.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Ability to undertake manual handling duties and lift boxes weighing approximately 15kg.
- Strong organisational skills and a good eye for detail.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
- Reliable, punctual and dependable.

The successful candidate will be physically fit, organised and comfortable carrying out repetitive lifting duties. You will take pride in maintaining accuracy and ensuring stock remains correctly ordered throughout the project.
