Our client is seeking a Music loving sales person to join their amazing team in the heart of South London. You will be responsible for the growth of sales as an Account Manager selling concert tours to their clients. With a fantastic starting salary + OTE and the option for Hybrid working this role presents a unique opportunity.
Job Description
- Proactively identifying and contacting music teachers via targeted email campaigns to promote our portfolio of European concert tours and securing initial consultations.
- Developing strategies and using successful sales tools and techniques to convert prospective clients into sales.
- Using your own music and travel experience in advising clients on our destinations and music products.
- Managing warm leads and ensuring Club Europe remains the preferred choice over competitors.
- Maintaining and building relationships with your clients until their departure on tour, through meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Meeting your sales target.
Experience required
- Desirable is a Music Degree or equivalent/ keen interest in music (maybe played/sang in an orchestra)
- Travel experience or sound knowledge of Europe
- At least one year office-based sales (retail sales would not be suitable)
- Administrative skills including diary management

- Basic salary of £30,000 per annum with uncapped commission (first year additional £5k estimate)
- Hybrid working (London office + remote working). Initial training is based in our London office 2-3 days per week. For the right candidate, we offer increased remote flexibility upon the successful completion of probation.
