Stride Resource Management
We are working with a national insurance broker who are seeking an SME Account Handler to join their team in Doncaster. This role focuses on supporting a portfolio of small to medium-sized commercial clients, providing day-to-day administration and ensuring clients' insurance arrangements are managed effectively.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients, acting as a consistent point of contact.
- Process renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy documentation accurately.
- Respond to client and insurer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support Account Executives with meetings, reports, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA requirements.
- Contribute to a smooth workflow within the team, helping maintain service standards.
Skills and Experience
- Experience as an Account Handler or Client Executive within commercial insurance.
- Knowledge of SME insurance products and broking processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work to deadlines.
- Cert CII or working towards (desirable).
