Stride Resource Management
An established and well-respected insurance brokerage is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Executive to take over and grow a c.£200k income (c.£1m GWP) book of business.
The existing book will require servicing as well as growth, so you'll need the confidence and ability to generate new clients to maintain and grow income.
The Opportunity
- £200k income book available from day one
- Existing portfolio is motor trade-heavy, but the business is open-minded and happy for new business to be more broadly commercial-focused
- Ideal for someone with either commercial, fleet or motor trade experience, though flexibility exists for the right skill set
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Account Executive within Commercial Insurance
- Ability to manage/service a portfolio of clients
- Exposure to Motor Trade and/or Fleet would be advantageous
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and insurers
- Cert CII or working towards (desirable, not essential)
Package & Flexibility
- Basic salary: £50,000 – £70,000 depending on experience, skills, qualifications and book
- Location: Very flexible – candidates can be based anywhere across Peterborough, Cambridge, Nottinghamshire or surrounding areas
- Supportive environment with realistic expectations while you build momentum
