We are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with additional learning needs in a welcoming Plymouth school.
The Role
You'll work closely with pupils who require extra support to help them thrive both academically and personally. No two days are the same, making this a highly rewarding position for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and making a real difference.
Responsibilities

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Assisting children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs

Encouraging confidence, independence and engagement in learning

Supporting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
-
Working alongside teachers and specialist staff to help pupils achieve their goals
