Are you a motivated Receptionist? A well-recognised law firm in Glasgow are looking for a Legal Receptionist to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
What experience will you need? An ideal candidate for this role will have at least a year of experience working as a Receptionist / Facilities Assistant within a professional services environment; experience within a legal setting would be advantageous. Additionally, you will need to display strong computer skills and a good work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for clients.
- Handling switchboard operations.
- Passing messages on to the relevant individual (s).
- Diary management – booking meeting rooms etc.
- Managing archiving, photocopying, and scanning of documents.
- Arranging deliveries / collections via courier.
- Sorting post.
