Warehouse Operative – Events Industry
Our client are an established events organisation and due to an increase in business are looking for an
experienced Warehouse Operative to join their team
If you have experience of working with event equipment, AV, event productions within a warehouse
environment, please read on……
Key responsibilities
- To help with the general running of the AV warehouse
- To maintain the high level of quality control already in place
- To help as part of the team, maintain an orderly safe working environment in all areas of the warehouse
- To work closely with the rental department whilst ensuring equipment availability
- To ensure the correct equipment is allocated and in clean working order with correct tour label.
- Ensure that for all returning equipment has been returned, scanned, tested and put back in the stock availability for the next customer/job
- To book any faulty equipment in to repair
- To make any repairs to equipment as instructed by the Warehouse Manager
- To help with the preparation of all elements of rental projects
- To help coordinate all deliveries to and from the warehouse and assist with the loading and unloading of all vehicles for both AV warehouse and Systems Integration warehouse
- To help ensure clear lines of communication between warehouse, workshop and administration
