Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a well-established wealth management firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and client-focused administrator to become part of a collaborative financial planning business, providing high-quality support to advisers while delivering an exceptional client experience.
This role is ideal for someone with previous financial services administration experience who enjoys building client relationships, managing multiple priorities and working within a fast-paced wealth management environment.
Role:
You will provide dedicated administrative support to Financial Advisers, acting as a key point of contact for clients and product providers while ensuring all client instructions and business processing are completed accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers.
- Managing adviser diaries and arranging client meetings, including annual reviews.
- Acting as the first point of contact for client queries in the adviser's absence.
- Preparing client meeting packs and supporting mail merge exercises.
- Processing Letters of Authority (LOAs) and Change of Agency requests.
- Managing new business, fund switches, surrenders and general client servicing requests.
- Liaising with product providers to monitor application progress and keep clients and advisers informed.
- Processing client instructions including change of address, assignments and other servicing requests.
- Maintaining accurate client records, compliance documentation and workflows
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with company procedures, FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Supporting colleagues across the administration team where required.
