The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant working within EYFS, you will:
- Support children in Nursery and Reception classes with their learning and development.
- Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with class teachers to support children's progress.
- Encourage positive behaviour and help children build confidence and independence.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings while maintaining high standards of care and education.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification.
- Experience working within EYFS in a primary school or nursery setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
