Prospero Teaching are looking for Graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in Primary Schools in the Clacton-on-Sea area.
These positions will be ideal for recent graduates who are looking to gain experience in a classroom environment before starting teacher training.
Graduates in any subject will be considered, and the schools are especially interested in graduates of core subjects; English, Maths and Science.
Contract/position details:
* Location -Clacton-on-Sea, Essex * Position – Graduate Teaching Assistant * Contract or position start date – September 2026 * Duration / Likely Duration – Ongoing booking * Contract type – ongoing * Full-time/part-time – Full-time Monday to Friday (term time only) * Minimum rate of pay – £95-£110 per day
Experience, Training and qualifications:
* Degree (2:1 or above) in any subject * GCSE English and Maths grade 'C' or above
To be eligible you must have/be:
* Hold Right to Work in the UK * Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application * Provide a minimum of two references covering the last 2 years
