Reed Banking is partnering with a well-established international banking institution to recruit a Senior Operations Officer. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operational activity, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, settlements are completed on time, and front-office teams receive effective support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify FX, Money Market and Securities transactions.
- Prepare trade confirmations and support settlements.
- Maintain transaction records and operational documentation.
- Process invoices and assist with cash management activities.
- Monitor securities settlements and corporate actions.
- Liaise with traders, clients and counterparties to resolve queries.
- Provide wider operational support and team cover as required.
About You
- Previous operations experience within a banking, treasury or financial markets environment.
- Good understanding of products such as FX, Money Markets, Securities and Cash Management.
- Familiarity with settlement and banking platforms (e.g. Euroclear, Murex or similar systems) would be beneficial.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Effective communicator with the confidence to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
