Job Description

We are working with a well-established Further Education College in Worthing who are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking department, delivering high-quality teaching across Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation programmes. The successful candidate will combine strong industry knowledge with a passion for developing the next generation of electrical professionals through both practical workshop delivery and classroom-based teaching.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging practical and theoretical Electrical Installation lessons
  • Support learners to achieve their qualifications and career goals
  • Assess student work and maintain accurate records
  • Promote safe working practices within workshops and classrooms

    Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation
  • Relevant industry experience within the electrical sector
  • Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience desirable
  • Teaching qualification preferred or willingness to work towards one
