Payroll Specialist
We’re recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join a leading, UK-wide organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end payroll operations and play a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience.
Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office, Stratford-upon-Avon)
Start: ASAP
The Role
- Manage high-volume, end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and full HMRC compliance.
- Work closely with external payroll providers to ensure seamless processing.
- Resolve payroll queries efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
About You
- Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations and payroll compliance.
- Experience liaising with external payroll providers.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach.
