Portfolio Payroll
A Payroll Specialist is currently being recruited for a large public sector organisation. This is a permanent role and will report directly into the Head of Payroll & Pensions.
This is a great chance to join a busy and successful payroll team who work collaboratively and to an exceptional high standard.
As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing a full start to finish payroll for a high volume monthly payroll
- Administering all statutory deductions, including SMP, SPP, SPP, NI, PAYE
- Pension administration – including teachers pensions
- Starter & leaver paperwork
- Resolving all payroll & pension related queries
- Supporting wider team whilst covering annual leave and other absences
This role can offer a hybrid working pattern after training and an excellent benefits package including generous holidays and pension scheme.
Previous public sector would be desirable, however this is not essential.
