An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join a successful and award-winning company based in Gravesend. With warm leads, full training and excellent earning potential, this is the ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career in financial services.
The Role
Working alongside experienced Mortgage Advisors and estate agency professionals, you'll provide expert mortgage and protection advice while building strong customer relationships and developing your own client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers
- Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners
- Generate new business through estate agency introductions and proactive networking
- Research whole-of-market mortgage products to find the most suitable solutions
- Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the mortgage journey
- Ensure all advice is fully compliant with FCA regulations
- Achieve and exceed individual performance and sales targets
About You
- Passionate about helping customers achieve their property goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambitious, driven and target focused
- Professional, organised and customer-centric
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a successful team
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential
- Must live within approximately one hour of Gravesend
- CeMAP qualified or currently working towards CeMAP is desirable

- £27,000 Basic Salary
- £2,500 Car Allowance
- Realistic £60,000 OTE
