The role focuses on delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting the Accounting & Finance department with key projects.

Description
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with relevant standards.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in audits by providing required documentation and responding to queries.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external tax advisors as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
- Contribute to process improvements within the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- A recognised qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g., ACCA/ACA).
- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis within a similar industry.
- Previous experience working with IFRS, US GAAP etc.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
