I am working with a trust who are looking to appoint a Head of School for their specialist SEN/SEMH setting, starting in September.
Head of School | The Role: * You will be responsible for leading the behaviour team * Support the team to meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. * You'll work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner * Use a range of strategies and interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation * Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil achievement
Head of School | About you: * Must have QTS or NPQSEN * Have extensive leadership experience within SEND and inclusion * Fair but firm approach * Understand the expectations and strategic nature of the role
Head of School | Key Information: * Permanent role * Starting September * Interviews are being held ASAP * Tameside/Wythenshawe location * £48,000 – £52,000
