£15.80 – £16.80 Per hour + Training + 30 Days Holiday + Bonus + Weekdays only

Are you a CNC Operator looking for a Days Based, week day role with no requirement for overtime and excellent benefits?
Do you want a role with an early/evening shift pattern with every other Friday off, allowing great work/life balance?
In this role you will be operating a wide range of CNC machines for a global manufacturer that works in the space and defence sector. Joining an experienced team, you'll be trained on different machines and become a technical expert.
This company are nationally recognised for the specialist work they do within the Aerospace, Space and Defence industries. With the quality of their work they have created a strong reputation for designing and building complete process solutions to the highest quality, providing customers with great efficiency.
This role would suit a CNC Operator looking for great work/life balance and stable, days-based work.
The Role:
- Operating a variety of Mills, Machining Centres and Lathes
- Training on a wide range of Heidenhain machines
- Weekly rotating shift pattern
- Week 1: 6am – 2pm Monday to Friday
- Week 2: 1.45pm – 11:30pm Monday to Thursday
