What You'll Be Doing
- Building and developing client relationships
- Winning and managing recruitment opportunities
- Sourcing, engaging and placing high-quality candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Developing talent pipelines within your specialist market
- Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience
- Experience within an agency recruitment environment
- Ambitious, commercially minded and relationship-focused
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative team player who enjoys a social and supportive culture
- A desire to learn, develop and progress your career
