SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting for an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a leading primary school in Westminster.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-performing, supportive school where you'll play a key role across the curriculum, supporting teaching and learning while developing your own skills.
The Role
As a HLTA, you will:
- Deliver planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in the teacher's absence.
- Support whole-class teaching and learning.
- Lead small group and intervention sessions.
- Work closely with teachers to raise pupil attainment.
- Provide high-quality classroom support across the school.
- Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant.
- Is confident leading whole-class learning.
- Has excellent behaviour management skills.
- Is proactive, organised and enthusiastic.
- Has a genuine passion for primary education.
- Holds HLTA status (desirable but not essential if you have relevant experience).

Salary
£140+ per day (PAYE), dependent on experience.
