Job Title: Credit Control Tutor / Assessor
Location: Remote
Salary: £32,000 pro rata
Type: Full Time, 3-month FTC (possibility to be extended)
Criteria for all candidates:
- Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above: PTLLS/AET.
- Experience in delivering Apprenticeships, ideally within the finance or business sectors.
- Occupational experience within credit control, debt recovery, or financial operations – with an understanding of credit management.
- Must be IT Literate.
Duties include:
- Teach/assess learners working towards Apprenticeships in Credit Control and Collection.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
- Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Support learners through to gateway, ensuring they are prepared for successful completion of their EPA.

- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
- Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
